ABOUT US
My experience in the automotive industry began as a driver, giving me my first direct exposure to vehicle operations and the way vehicles move through different stages of the automotive process. I later progressed into photographic vehicle inspection, documenting vehicle condition and existing damage so that identified issues could be clearly recorded and presented to clients.
As my experience developed, I moved into initial vehicle inspections, assessing damage and helping determine the appropriate repair method, as well as Quality Control (QC),
Throughout my career, I have gained experience through subcontracted work involving vehicles and inspection requirements associated with brands including BMW, Ford, Hyundai, Jaguar Land Rover, Volkswagen Group, and others. This has given me practical experience working with different inspection requirements and quality standards.
WHY I CREATED GDN
Someone purchasing a used vehicle may not know whether it has been previously repaired or whether that repair has been completed to an appropriate standard.
A customer returning a rental vehicle may receive a charge for damage without knowing whether the proposed repair method and associated cost are justified.
Someone taking their own vehicle to a bodyshop may not have the technical knowledge to understand what work is genuinely required or to assess the quality of the repair once it has been completed.
